It's January and here is another Verdun winter scene on a beautiful day. A group of hockey buddies stop across Dominos Pizza to slap a few more hockey pucks and practice a few more moves before heading to the metro and then home. I love visiting this beautiful street on Gertrude corner Wellington. there are so many interesting shops, bakeries and bistros to try; so close to the subway and easy to find again right under those awesome church steeples. As Arnold said, " I'll be back".
